Online service
Flatrow provides access to a workspace for managing real estate projects, units, clients, reservations, sales and team members. The selected plan determines the available resource limits. No physical delivery is required.
Access and subscription period
The subscription is activated after successful payment confirmation. Access is linked to the workspace owner’s account. When an active subscription is renewed, the purchased period is added to its existing expiry date.
Payment
Choose a plan and a monthly or yearly period. Check the total before confirming your order. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank of Georgia online card payments are being connected.
Payment questions
If a payment was charged but access was not activated, email info@flatrow.com with your account email, payment date, amount and order reference. Do not send full card details, a CVV or a password.

All prices are in Georgian lari (GEL). A yearly subscription is charged as a single payment for 12 months. The selected plan, period and total are displayed before payment.
