No-refund policy
Flatrow does not refund subscription payments, including when you stop using the service early or do not use the paid subscription period.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancelling a subscription means choosing not to renew it for the next period. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. To stop your subscription after that period, do not pay for renewal. The current subscription purchase does not enable automatic recurring card charges.
Payment questions
If a payment error or an access problem occurs, contact info@flatrow.com. Include your account email, payment date, amount and order or payment reference. Do not send your full card number, CVV or password.
Applicable rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For legal enquiries, contact legal@flatrow.com.
