How to request deletion
To delete data received through Facebook or Instagram, disconnect Flatrow Contact Center in Facebook Business Integrations and email legal@flatrow.com from the address associated with your Flatrow account. Include your workspace name and the Facebook Page or Instagram account to disconnect. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
What we delete
After verifying the request, Flatrow revokes the integration and deletes stored Meta access tokens, channel connections, imported participant profiles and message data that are not required for legal or security records.
Processing time
We confirm the request and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. If limited information must be retained by law or for fraud and security prevention, it is isolated and removed when that obligation ends.
